Diamond Jewelry

  • Exchange: Receive up to 100% of the value, plus appreciation on gold.

  • Cash Buyback: Get up to 90% of the value, plus appreciation on gold.

Polki & Kundan Jewelry

  • Exchange: Receive up to 90% of the value, plus appreciation on gold.

  • Cash Buyback: Get up to 80% of the value, plus appreciation on gold.

Important Note on GST: The exchange and buyback values listed above are calculated on the net value of the product. The GST (Goods and Services Tax) component paid at the time of the original purchase is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final valuation.

POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Condition of the Jewel : To avail of the exchange or buyback values listed above, the jewel must be returned in the original condition as it was purchased.

  • If we receive a piece that has been used, damaged, or altered in any way, we will not be able to offer the stated exchange/buyback value.

  • In such cases, you may request to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.

Defective or Incorrect Orders : Your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense.

  • Please report such issues immediately upon receipt.

  • A complimentary pickup will be arranged by us within 48 working hours of receiving your request.

Logistics

  • Initiating a Request: To initiate an exchange or buyback, please contact our Customer Service team.

  • Shipping Costs: For standard exchanges and buybacks (where the item is not defective), the shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

  • Settlement: Our customer service team will proactively reach out to settle any incremental or reduced purchase value based on the exchange/buyback rates.

REFUND & PROCESSING TIMELINE

Processing Time Return and exchange processing begins only after your package is delivered to us and passes our quality check.

  • Once the jewel has been picked up and verified, kindly allow up to 20-25 business days for the amount to be credited back to your account.

  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.
