RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Diamond Jewelry

Exchange: Receive up to 100% of the original invoice value.
Cash Buyback: Receive up to 90% of the original invoice value.

Polki & Kundan Jewelry

Exchange: Receive up to 90% of the original invoice value.
Cash Buyback: Receive up to 80% of the original invoice value.

Solitaires

Cash Buyback & Exchange: Solitaires will be valued at prevailing Rapaport report rates, less the discount applied at the time of original purchase. All buyback and exchange requests are subject to availability of a buyer and are not guaranteed.
Please note: Given that solitaire transactions are subject to buyer availability, processing timelines may exceed the standard 30 to 45 working days. AMARIS will endeavour to complete all requests at the earliest and will keep the customer informed of progress.

General Conditions

Original invoice must be presented. Requests without it will not be processed.
Original certification must be submitted along with the jewel.
Jewels must be in original, unaltered condition to be eligible.
Only one return or exchange permitted per invoice.
All requests subject to quality verification prior to processing.
Process takes 30–45 working days from date of submission.
Customised jewels: Returns and exchanges are not undertaken on any customised or bespoke jewelry under any circumstances.

WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

AMARIS provides a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Covered: Structural defects, prong failure, clasp malfunction, stone fall-out due to setting defect.
Not covered: Accidental damage, impact, chemical exposure, wear and tear, or loss.

BIS HALLMARKING

All AMARIS jewels are BIS Hallmarked under the Bureau of Indian Standards Act. Each piece carries a Hallmark Unique ID (HUID) verifiable at bis.gov.in.

LIFETIME COMPLIMENTARY CLEANING & INSPECTION

One complimentary clean and inspect service per year at any AMARIS store, on presentation of original invoice. Minor prong tightening included.

Note: Stone, metal replacements, or structural repairs charged at prevailing rates.

MODIFICATION EXCLUSIONS

Jewels resized, engraved, altered, or repaired outside an AMARIS store are not eligible for buyback, exchange, or warranty claims.

TAXES

All prices are inclusive of 3% GST. A detailed tax invoice is issued at the time of purchase.

KYC & ORDER PROCESSING

To process and fulfil your order, the following details are mandatory: Full Name, Phone Number, Email ID, PAN Number, Billing Address and Shipping Address.

For international orders, a valid Passport Number will be required in place of PAN. Orders cannot be processed or dispatched without the required KYC details.
